THE BEST POPIAH IN TOWN!


传统薄并 （三卷）
Traditional Popiah (Three Rolls)

What was used as a common "gift" during special occasions to friends and relatives of formal Mrs Ho, became Spring Court's well-known popiah when Mrs Ho brought them over for the workers as a snack. Of course, the workers fell in love with the filling popiah at once and suggested that the restaurant should offer this dish. The initial plan was to market the popiah for a month or so (just to try out), however, due to popular demand, it became a permanent dish in the menu. Shouldn't we thank the workers who suggested this great idea? :)

Spring Court Restaurant remains a family-run restaurant and is the oldest Chinese restaurant in Singapore.
